Each contractor card now lists specific compliance tasks to complete contractor qualification. Based on the criteria, the employer can request additional information and documents, such as proof of licenses and certificates, insurance requirements and surety coverage, current and prior financial documents, and project backlog.

Litigation history
Employers now have access to contractor litigation history checks that provide comprehensive metrics on their legal background.
- Bankruptcies filed within the last 3 years
- Lawsuits within the last 3 years
- Judgements issued within the last 3 years
- Labor law violations within the last 3 years
- Sanctions listing
Litigation records are pulled from and verified by multiple court records, Department of Labor, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
